Move over Oscars, the SMART Book Awards are here! This spring, thousands of kids across Oregon are busily reading five nominated titles and casting their votes for their favorite in our beloved annual child-selected award program. 

 

For the first time ever, the winner will be crowned during a special live ceremony at 6PM on Thursday, March 16th.

 

Tune in to meet the nominees, learn about how SMART selects books, and of course, see which book kids selected as this year’s favorite! We’ll be sharing some exciting updates from the year and raising funds to help kids build book collections of their very own.
